This used to run through to Walton Street, but is now a narrow locked entrance
into Somerville College between Nos. 17 & 19 Woodstock Road.
There were 28 cottages in Radcliffe Row in 1891.
Ten were left in 1899 and the rest were demolished in 1905

Kelly's Directory for 1914/15 lists Radcliffe House numbered 17A Woodstock Road immediately after Radcliffe Row.
This was then occupied by the Hon. Misses Bruce
(presumably Alice Moore Bruce, the Vice-Principal of Somerville and her sister),
